Laundry Machine problems/repairs - Phelps Apartment Laundries Ltd.: 1-866-557-5599 or visit their website to fill out a "Service Form".  Make sure you note the washer or dryer machine number and describe the problem.  If you have lost money due to broken or malfunctioning equipment you can also submit a "Refund Form" on their website.

Recreation Facilities (gym, pool, saunas, change rooms): 10 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. 
 
Roof Deck Hours (no alcohol permitted):  10 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.  Use your front door key to enter the pool area through the sliding glass doors (summer only) or through the gym using the SOUTH door (facing the lake).  Do not use the NORTH gym door or the emergency exit door to the roof as an alarm will go off summoning Security.  For security reasons you can no longer access the roof deck using the stairwells.  To leave the roof deck you may exit using the east or west stairwells or through the sliding glass doors through the pool (summer only).
