| Long elevator delays | Multiple elevators being put on service during peak use times causing long waits, arguments, aggressive pushing and shoving | June 1, 2011 | | Homeless and drug users in the stairwells | Reduced security patrol lead to unwanted people frequenting the stairwells. | May 2, 2011 | | Gym equipment not working properly | 2 elliptical machines not functioning.
