Some lines will be shut down on Wednesday Feb. 29th from 9:00am - 5:00pm.  Prepare accordingly.

We have an ongoing problem of people putting coins or other materials into the doorjam of the front door which, in turn, burns out the transformer and can affect the front door and intercom operations.  If you notice anything jammed into the door-jam of the front door (or ANY entrance/exit around the building including the stairwell exists) at any time of the day or night (it mostly happens later at night) please call the office number IMMEDIATELY - 24 hours a day - at 416-924-5100.

When reported, management can go back on the camera data the next business day (digital cameras are installed at every building exit/entrance point) and if any residents are seen doing this they will be dealt with severely by CAPREIT.

The main front door and intercom system is down but is being actively worked on.  Please use the alternative entrance door by the security office until the systems are repaired. 

The Intercom system is down again.  If you are expecting guests or deliveries be sure to make alternative arrangements ahead of time so that they can get into the building.

We're experiencing another hot water problem again today.  Details will be posted here as we get information. 

** Update ** - Hot water seems good on Sunday, early afternoon. 

Cab #4 is down, consider leaving a little early if you need to be somewhere on time this weekend as there can be longer than usual waits during peak usage times.

An inspection of the backflow prevention valves will require all water in the building to be shut down on Wednesday Feb. 15th from 10am - 5pm.  Please plan accordingly. 

Cab #4 went down on Saturday.  Consider leaving a little earlier as waiting periods & lineups have been extraordinary long at times this weekend. 

** Update ** Cab 4 was back up and running on Monday.

Problems again with the hot water this afternoon.  The problem has been looked into and repaired, the water should heat up soon

Cab #1 is out of order.  Until it is repaired consider leaving a few minutes early during peak times to reach your destination on time. 

Update:  The cab was back up and running on Tuesday Feb. 7th.
